FAQ

You can pay with every major credit/debit card and Paypal.
We suggest registering for an account at OCD before making an order. It’s way easier to stay in the loop (check order status, tracking number etc.). You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.

We ship globally and use Greek registered post service or Box Now for Greece and FedEx for rest of world. Shipping is weight based and calculated automatically at checkout. You have the option to use the logistics company of your choice (Greece only). Pick up is available for Chania.

We use reinforced mailers for shipping music items and quality boxes with dividers + bubble paper for beer. In the unlikely event that you receive your items in bad condition, please contact us at [email protected] to work for a solution.

OCD offers craft beer wholesale services for bars, bottle shops and restaurants. Feel free to contact us for our wholesale price list.

All prices are in EUR and subject to Greek VAT (24%). If your business is registered to trade cross-border within the EU (VIES), please contact us for VAT free purchases.
